Myrandas Beauty And Cosmetics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. 3. Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly investigate the claim

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material

• Notify the user or supplier who posted the material, if applicable

• Provide you with confirmation of the action taken

We are a retailer of print-on-demand and sourced products. While we make every effort to ensure our product designs do not infringe on third-party rights, we rely on our suppliers and design partners to provide content that is legally compliant. We take all infringement claims seriously and will cooperate fully with rights holders.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent. The counter-notification must include:

• Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or supplier relationships of repeat infringers.
