Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Order processing takes 1–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 7–12 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 8–17 business days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! Orders totaling **$59.00 USD or more** qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $59 are charged a flat rate of $7.99 USD.

Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Some products are printed in the U.S. at our facility, while others are sourced from trusted global suppliers. This allows us to offer a wider selection of designs while maintaining quality standards.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for most non-custom items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: Can I return a custom or intimate item?
A: Custom-printed or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. Intimate or adult-sensitive products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Q: How long does a refund take?
A: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email onlyonestyle@onlyonestyle.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a Return Authorization number and return address.

A: Yes, membership is currently free. You can join by creating an account on our website.
